MedPAC tells Congress Medicare incentives need tweaking

The Medicare Payment Advisory Commission told Congress that Medicare incentives must be realigned to promote quality, value and efficiency. The group's June report said CMS needs more resources and flexibility to test and implement new ways to deliver health care services.
