NFIB: Health care reform is bad for small businesses

Small-business owners want health care reform that lowers costs, gives them more choices and doesn't come with more taxes and regulations, writes NFIB/New Jersey's Laurie Ehlbeck. "Plainly and simply, the federal government has gone too far with this law, directly infringing on small business owners' abilities to manage the day-to-day operations of their businesses," she writes in defense of the group's participation in a lawsuit fighting the law.
