Nielsen predicts gains in supercenters and e-commerce

Nielsen released its Retail 2015 Forecast, which says changing technology and formats will benefit e-commerce and mass supercenters the most, followed by warehouse clubs, dollar stores and pet stores. "With tech-savvy Generation X and millennials growing in importance in both numbers and spending power, the time is ripe for the next step in the evolution of online searching and buying," a Nielsen executive said.
