NYU to unveil Greenwich Village tower design

New York University is to reveal its plan for a new 38-story tower in the heart of Greenwich Village. The plans are controversial, since the proposed site for the development already includes a landmark-status modernist tower complex and a Picasso statue. Officials say the new tower will include a hotel on the first 15 floors, plus housing for staff and faculty on higher levels.
