Sunoco plans to start up N.J. ethanol plant

Sunoco plans to put its ethanol plant in Fulton, N.J., into production after making extensive modifications, according to Bob Owens, a company marketing executive. The plant has the capacity to produce 100 million gallons a year. Meanwhile, the company is considering biofuel production at its shuttered Eagle Point refining plant in Westville, N.J.
