Listening in on your customers has never been easier


Marketers don't necessarily need specialized tools to monitor social chatter, writes Jason Miller. Basic search tools such as Google Alerts, RSS feeds and Twitter's search engine can be enough to keep tabs on what your customers are saying online. "Although you cannot control these discussions, you can monitor them and respond accordingly," Miller writes.
