$3M copper-roof replacement at Maine library to go to voters

A $3 million project that would replace the 100-year-old oxidized copper dome at the Bangor Public Library in Maine has been included in the June ballots. The city hopes voters approve a $3 million bond for the work. The library, often frequented by author Stephen King, was the hiding spot of the main character in King's book "It."
