Jiroemon Kimura of Japan died last week at the age of 116, and researchers say he was likely the oldest man ever to have walked the planet. There's no way to guarantee you'll live as long, but longevity expert Dan Buettner says eating nuts, drinking in moderation and staying active can all contribute to a longer, happier life. "You rarely get satisfaction sitting in an easy chair," he notes.
