Ill. governor signs fracking bill

A bill that would create regulations on hydraulic fracturing in Illinois was signed by Gov. Patrick Quinn. Illinois lawmakers hope that oil and natural gas companies will be encouraged to invest in the state with rules for fracking in place. "It's about jobs, and it's about ensuring that our natural resources are protected for future generations," Quinn said.
