U.S. homebuilders return to optimism for first time since housing crisis

For the first time since the onset of the U.S. housing crisis, builders' confidence has turned positive, according to a gauge by the National Association of Home Builders and Wells Fargo. Their June index reading of 52 is up from 44 in May, exceeding predictions with the biggest advance since 2002.
