Lack of volatility makes life difficult for Nymex traders

New York Mercantile Exchange traders face a variety of challenges, but a lack of volatility is making their work increasingly difficult. "It's never been easy to make money, but it's never been harder," said Jeff Grossman, a floor trader at Nymex. "As a trader, you're really not supposed to care if a market is going up or down. But you need it to do something."
