Insurance not as inclusive as homeowners believe

A recent survey by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners shows that many homeowners think their policies cover losses that aren't included in their policies. The survey shows 33% think flood damage is covered and 68% think vehicles stolen or damaged on their property are covered, while none of these, including other problems like termite damage, are covered under homeowner's insurance.
