Developers cite Java, .Net for wireless-app builds

Nearly half of the developers of mobile-wireless applications say they prefer either the .Net Compact Framework or Java ME platforms, according to research firm Evans Data, which said Apple's Mac OS 10 -- for the iPhone -- and Google's Android showed strong potential for new entrants. Coming in third behind the top two was Windows Mobile 6.0.
