NYC building sites get new safety harness rules

New safety harness rules are being initiated at New York City construction sites following the death by fall of a window washer there last spring. Contractors will now need to get engineer-approved drawings of "any new safety harness systems that are built into concrete," and site superintendents will need to sign off on inspections.
