Recent immigrant has choice of Ivy League schools

As a new immigrant, seventh-grader Lukasz Zbylut knew only a few words in English when he arrived in America from Poland. Just five years later, Zbylut has won acceptance to each of the seven Ivy League schools to which he applied. Besides earning top grades, Zbylut helps lead his school's United Nations and mock-trial teams, founded a debate team and edits the school newspaper; he plans to study politics, law and philosophy at Harvard University.
