Study shows consumers want more from mobile Web

Forty-four percent of respondents were not pleased with their initial experiences using online mobile Web services, with slowness, price and display being the top reasons for dissatisfaction. A study showed that users were more interested in maps and e-commerce compared with entertainment content.
