Arkansas senator proposes a new labor-organizing bill

Sylvester Smith, NFIB/Arkansas, doesn't share the enthusiasm Sen. Mark Pryor, D-Ark., has for a compromise bill that would make it easier for unions to organize in the wake of the failed Employee Free Choice Act. Smith says rhetoric in the debate has made it challenging for an agreement to be reached among disparate business and labor groups.
