Iraq proposes $70B plan to rebuild infrastructure

Iraqi lawmakers have drafted a $70 billion plan to rebuild infrastructure in the war-torn country. The proposal, which has to be approved by the Iraqi Parliament, includes $25 million for housing and $8 billion for transportation. The Iraqi government plans to finance the program through credit, investments and public-private partnerships.
