Christina Tosi, the pastry chef at Momofuku Milk Bar in Manhattan, updates a classic strawberry charlotte by using dehydrated strawberries and steeping cornflakes in milk. A 1947 recipe for the dessert, which is included, contains gelatin, egg whites, strawberries and heavy cream.
