Mass. governor calls on life sciences firms to seek tax credit

Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick has called on life sciences firms with a maximum of 250 workers to file applications for the Therapeutic Discovery Tax Credit under the Affordable Care Act, which supports biomedical research. The HHS will select the winning applications based on the companies' abilities to generate jobs and the potential of their therapeutics.
