Chef's rooftop garden provides fresh produce in heart of the city

Chef Aaron McCloud of Cedar in Washington, D.C., is changing the meaning of fresh food by using produce he picks from his rooftop garden, including edible flowers. "I'm not much into just sticking something on a plate because it looks nice, but they look nice and they taste great," McCloud said of the marigolds he grows. "Marigolds are really pretty, but they have this nice little aromatic bite that I think enhance a salad or a garnish -- that works really well."
