China's Jingdong launched three days of deep discounts to celebrate its 10th anniversary this week, kicking off the latest battle in a price war that got the online retailer and its rivals in hot water with government officials nine months ago. Alibaba-owned Tmall, Tencent's 51buy.com and Suning.com have all followed Jingdong's lead, announcing scores of June discounts and deals.
