Deere plant in Iowa helps company overhaul its recycling system

John Deere Ottumwa Works in Iowa has teamed up with Tenco Industries to improve Tenco's recycling systems. Deere provided two factory fans to help cool Tenco sorters and a new glass crusher to make glass recycling easier. The collaboration is now working on changes to "the line" -- a conveyor belt that delivers soda cans and other materials to workers for sorting.
