Many nutritionists suggest consuming fatty fish around two times a week in order to get the recommended amount of DHA and EPA omega-3 fats. These fats, which may prevent heart disease, boost brain formation, aid eyesight and help those with Alzheimer's disease, can be found in Alaskan salmon, which is currently in season. A simple roasted preparation lets the fish's rich flavor shine through.
