McCaffrey's turns to local farmers to stock produce section

McCaffrey's has beefed up efforts to work with farmers this summer to stock the four-unit Pennsylvania supermarket chain's produce sections with fresh fruit and vegetables from area fields. "People buy fresh produce from them on the weekends, and then when they're doing their regular weekly shopping here, they're happy to see produce from a farm they recognize," said produce buyer Tony Mirack.
