NYC moves closer to goal of installing salad bars in all schools

Salad bars will be installed in five more elementary schools in New York City. The addition -- touted as a way to deliver healthier food to students -- brings the city closer to its goal of outfitting all schools with salad bars by 2015. However, now that about two-thirds of the city's schools have salad bars, officials are focused on the challenge of encouraging students to eat the healthier fare.
