Taco Bell to test meaty, low-cal meals

Taco Bell will test four high-protein, low-calorie menu items at its restaurants in Dayton, Ohio, this summer, with an eye on launching the steak and chicken burritos and bowls systemwide next year. The new Power Protein dishes, along with new zero-calorie beverages, are part of the chain's push to appeal to millennials who are increasingly seeking meals with more protein and less fat, said CEO Greg Creed.
