User fees support Tenn. airport GA facility, TAC Air says

Officials at Chattanooga Airport in Tennessee said that their new general aviation center will lose around $450,000 in its second year, though they maintain that it the center is on track to see a profit within five years. TAC Air, which runs a competing general aviation center at nearby Lovell Field, says that residents are supporting the Chattanooga center by paying higher airport user fees.
