N.Y. airport could double fuel flowage fees

The town of East Hampton, N.Y., is looking to boost revenues from East Hampton Airport. One proposal is to raise the fuel flowage fee fixed-base operators pay to the town from 15 cents to 30 cents per gallon. Opponents say the fee hike would be devastating, but the town says the fee has not increased since the early 1990s.
