Survey: Banks warming up again to small businesses

Bank lending to small businesses is getting back on track, according to a Pepperdine University study. Of businesses surveyed in May, 44% said they had secured bank loans sometime in the preceding three months, up from 39% in February, and better terms and lower rates were reported as well.
