Delta plans to cut capacity 13% by the second half of 2008

Delta Air Lines said it will reduce capacity by 13% in the second half of this year because of the higher cost of jet fuel. That's higher than the reduction of 10% the company announced in March. Delta added that it expects to post a profit in the second quarter and noted that it will add 20 international routes in 2008.
