Free clinics feel strain as more people seek services

The Parma Health Ministry free clinic is asking Cleveland area physicians to volunteer their services as the number of patients on its waiting list increases. The clinic has had to turn people away because it has only two volunteer primary care doctors. The National Association of Free Clinics says nationwide, facilities have seen a 40% to 50% increase in people seeking medical services.
