Grand jury indicts man in case of Cessna stolen from flight school

Adam Dylan Leon, the man who created a minor international incident last April by allegedly flying a stolen Cessna 172 from Canada to Missouri, has been indicted by a federal grand jury. Leon said he was trying to commit suicide by provoking a U.S. fighter jet to shoot him down.
