Just Baked, a network of 17 cupcake shops based in Michigan, has made the most of Facebook by encouraging customers to submit photos and by offering secret-flavor cupcake giveaways designed to increase business. Experts say the company could further improve its social media efforts by expanding its "about" page information and using Twitter to boost Facebook traffic.
