Karzai orders halt to U.S., Afghan security talks

Afghan President Hamid Karzai has halted talks with U.S. officials on a post-2014 troop presence security agreement. The move came as U.S. and Taliban officials prepared for the start of talks in Qatar. Afghan officials have taken exception to being left out of negotiations.
