An online-invitation company looks to expand

Paperless Post, which was founded by Alexa Hirschfeld and her brother, James, has brought in more than $12 million in total funding and plans to hire 76 more employees in the next few years. The business, which allows users to send online invitations, has also decided to sell paper products. "The biggest challenge is to stay focused," Alexa Hirschfeld said. "It's to have the discipline when there are so many competing things."
