OSHA cites Pa. business for fall-protection violations

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has proposed penalties for RPK Construction in Pennsylvania's Burlington Township, saying the company violated fall-protection standards and other workplace-safety measures. The firm could face about $21,000 in fines because it failed to provide crews with protection when they were exposed to potential falls of more than 10 feet, according to OSHA.
