Senator, Hawaiian CEO push to expand PreCheck

In a letter to Transportation Security Administration officials, Sen. Brian Schatz, D-Hawaii, asked the agency to expand the PreCheck program to include interisland flights. Hawaiian Airlines CEO Mark Dunkerley voiced his support for PreCheck expansion, citing the program could boost travel and tourism, as well as allowing passengers to move more efficiently between island cities.
