Survey ties sports to women in leadership roles

Fifty-five percent of women in executive and top management roles played sports in college, and 67% participated in sports as working adults, find a survey from Ernst & Young. The report "validates and underscores the fundamental role that participation in sports plays in developing women leaders," said Beth Brooke, the firm's global vice chair of public policy.
