U.S. makes power-plant emissions focus of climate strategy

President Barack Obama's top adviser on energy and climate change says reducing carbon emissions from power plants is a top objective of the U.S. climate-change strategy. "In the near term, we are very much focused on the power-plant piece of the equation," said Heather Zichal, a deputy assistant to the president. Obama promised in a speech in Berlin to do more to fight climate change.
