Wash. man sues berry mix maker after falling ill

Brian Brothers of Edmonds, Wash., has filed a lawsuit against Townsend Farms, alleging that he fell ill and nearly needed a liver transplant after eating the company's frozen organic berry blend. The product was recalled after it was tied to an outbreak of hepatitis A. Brothers' lawyers have filed 15 lawsuits against the company to date.
