Attorney: Tenn. should be open to casino gaming in state

Tennessee gaming attorney Stuart Scott says the Volunteer State should consider allowing casinos, and pointed to the example of Ohio, which authorized expanded gaming five years ago. State Sen. Reginald Tate has proposed a casino in the state before, and said the process to expand gaming in the state would be lengthy, pointing to the 10 years it took for the state to get the lottery.
