David Jones postpones vote on Woolworths' buyout bid

Australian retailer David Jones has delayed a vote on Woolworths Holdings' A$2.2 billion takeover bid for two weeks. Activist shareholder Solomon Lew has acquired a 9.89% stake in the company, raising concerns about the prospect of getting the 75% shareholder approval needed to seal the deal.
