Expert: Coca-Cola Life could change sweetener usage in food

Coca-Cola Life, being introduced to the U.K. market this year, is sweetened with stevia, and the company's use of the sweetener in a soda could have ramifications in the food industry as a whole, according to industry expert Jack Winkler. The company is providing a good example of successful product reformulation, of which food companies should take note, he added.
