Texas farm-based restaurant sources food from its own backyard

Eden East is a weekend supper club located on the Springdale Farm in Austin, Texas, that serves produce plucked from the same grounds diners eat on. "At Eden, I have all this produce that I'm so inspired by. I love it," says chef and owner Sonya Cote. "That's why I did this, so that I could create menus and platings and get more practice doing that."
