Truffle Lady sells fancy fungi to NYC chefs

Francesca Sparvoli, who calls herself the Truffle Lady, sources earthy, aromatic truffles from suppliers in Italy and Australia to sell to top New York City chefs. Sparvoli and her husband make deliveries seven days a week, sometimes to as many as 15 restaurants in a day.
