Wash. lawsuit against GMA to go to trial

The Grocery Manufacturers Association lost its motion to dismiss the lawsuit filed against the organization by the Washington Office of the State Attorney General. The case will now go to trial. The suit claims the association raised $10.6 million from its members and did not disclose the source of the funds in its actions to defeat the state's GMO labeling initiative.
