Libeskind set to make his mark on the Trade Center's terminal

An agreement between the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and Daniel Libeskind's architecture firm will allow the architect to implement his vision that includes a new grand point of arrival in Lower Manhattan. The terminal bill is expected to total up to $2 billion.
