Restaurants ask Congress to put a stop to frivolous suits

The food industry is asking Congress to protect it from frivolous lawsuits filed by consumers who blame fast-food marketing for their obesity. Supporters of H.R. 339 say the bill would make people take responsibility for their own eating habits.
