Google keeps the upper hand with Microsoft

Microsoft, under the threat of anti-trust action by Google, has agreed to alter Windows Vista to make it easier for users to choose which search engines they'll use. Google also is acquiring Net presentation software specialist Zenter, a competitor of Microsoft's Office desktop franchise.
